Job Description

As part of the Customer Service team, you’ll play a critical support role across all aspects of the American Marketing Association, helping guide the way to redefine the AMA membership model, grow awareness and advocacy, and refine the customer experience. You will respond to customer cases via Salesforce, answer customer phone calls, and maintain membership data. It is expected that you will collaborate with all AMA teams to help solve customer challenges and help members with their inquiries. This role offers a fully remote opportunity with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S., along with opportunities to hone skills like problem solving and time management.
