Strategic Communications Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of communications specialists, including assigning work and setting priorities.
• Serve as final reviewer and approver for team work products, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop messaging for senior leaders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of related communications experience, including 2+ years supervising or mentoring staff.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience managing team workload and delivery against firm deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate logically both written and orally.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, or other federal health communications.
