Responsibilities:
- Perform as technical project manager on client implementations lasting over twelve months, leading cross-organizational teams using Agile methodology to define roadmaps and manage interdependencies.
- Provide task assignments and guidance to achieve quality results, while analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, and setting deadlines for tech-enabled projects and daily operations.
- Act as a bridge between delivery, engineering, product, and sales to recommend solutions, and represent Experian in client meetings with executive status reporting on change management and implementation strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years functional and 3+ years supervisory experience, including project management; PMP certification is encouraged.
- Experience leading large-scale technology modernization projects using Agile, cloud platforms, and architecture-level solutions, with ability to recommend technical alternatives.
- Proficiency guiding end-to-end program delivery across the SDLC using tools like MS Project and Jira, and partnering across the business to advise clients and align diverse teams.
