Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
-Perform user and authorization management for the IDMP platform.
-Provide application support, handle incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
-Support underlying cloud infrastructure (Databricks, Synapse, AVD, VMSS, Azure Services).
Quantitative responsibilities:
-Coordinate change and release activities.
-Manage access rights and authorization workflows.
-Perform continuous monitoring, logging and system control.
Qualifications:
-Completed technical training or ongoing IT-related studies.
-Basic understanding of cloud environments (Azure preferred).
-Willingness to work in a 24×7 operational model.
