Brief Management & Intake:
- Monitor the client’s internal system for new project briefs.
- Audit briefs for completeness, proactively following up to fill in missing information.
- Evaluate briefs against the Statement of Work.
Production Workflow:
- Translate client briefs into our internal creative management tool with high technical accuracy.
- Act as the liaison between the Creative PM and the client to resolve any roadblocks.
- Hand off projects to the creative team, providing clear context.
Quality Control:
- Perform a final QA on all creative assets before delivery.
- Ensure every asset matches the brief and meets brand standards.
- Responsible for perfect delivery.
