Responsibilities:
- Serve as the service-oriented technologist embedded within the IT Department, responsible for the configuration, build, and continuous improvement of growth platforms.
- Gather requirements, configure and build solutions in-house, leverage vendor and IT architecture partners, and lead rollouts to department heads and end users.
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 3+ years of progressive Salesforce Administrator experience with growth into senior or lead responsibilities.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) is required, with ADM 211 preferred and other certifications like Process Automation or Platform App Builder as a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM-adjacent platforms like CallTrackingMetrics or Five9 is a strong plus, and willingness to learn and own these systems is required.
