The Sales-Team Lead is expected to deeply understand Finalisβ business model and help drive sustainable growth across its core Compliance solution. This role blends individual contribution with team leadership; youβll manage your own pipeline while also helping to coach, develop, and scale the performance of three to five Account Executives. Key responsibilities include leading by example in building and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities, coaching and managing the performance of AEs, setting team-wide sales cadence and process excellence standards, collaborating with the Director of Growth, and driving a data-led sales culture with transparency. Additional responsibilities include facilitating regular AE team meetings, optimizing CRM processes, providing strategic insights based on client feedback, and participating in hiring and onboarding of future sales team members.
