About the Role:
- Triage and provide clinical support for incoming patient communications.
- Conduct phone assessments of clinical symptoms to determine the best path of care.
- Collaborate with clinical care teams to provide excellent patient care.
About You:
- Licensed RN with 2+ years experience in clinical triage, preferably in ER or primary care.
- Active Nurse License Compact (NLC) required; additional licenses in NY, NV, MI, MN, OR, CA, MA, CT, or IL a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states and ability to complete clinical phone assessments.
