Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will own the acceleration of scheduling and delivery quality across a designated set of markets. You will utilize reports and a suite of tools to assess market trends, identifying challenges, and developing solutions to achieve desired outcomes. This role requires collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving consensus in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The first 30 days involve familiarizing yourself with team metrics, reporting, and systems used to maximize efficiency in Field Service. You will begin to dive into your assigned territories learning about their unique intricacies and build relationships with internal and external partners. Within 60 days, you will work with key stakeholders to solve everyday complex problems efficiently and effectively. You will leveraging tools, resources, and relationships to optimize the companies performance. You will also be managing weekly schedule reviews and driving the decision making process. After 90 days, you will fully running your assigned territories as the subject matter expert. You will be demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems effectively, actively striving to exceed team goals and adapting to constantly changing priorities.
