Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a high volume of small-spend accounts.
  • Identify client pain points and provide effective solutions to foster growth.
  • Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for revenue generation through client engagement.

Customer Advocacy:

  • Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting and sharing product feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses to client requests.
  • Drive the adoption of platform features to enhance customer experience and retention.

Risk Management & Growth:

  • Proactively identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
  • Focus on providing a high-quality experience to customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Be a motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments.
