Role Overview:

  • This position involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of legal agreements such as CDAs, CTAs, and site budgets.
  • You will work closely with the Clinical Operations study team and play an administrative role to ensure deliverables align with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and negotiate agreements and amendments, lead interactions with North American and European teams, and coordinate execution of agreements.
  • Update study team members and sponsors on contract negotiation status.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent contract management experience in clinical research, plus 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in contract research, life science, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
