Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and negotiate agreements such as CDAs, CTAs, amendments, vendor contracts, and site budgets.
  • Lead interactions with North American and European study teams, sites, and sponsors.
  • Coordinate execution of agreements and support maintenance of contract files and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent contract management experience in clinical research or similar industry.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements.
  • Experience with contract tracking, filing, and distribution in a fast-paced environment.
