.Net Developer (Remote Opportunity)

Overview:

• VetsEZ is seeking a .NET Developer for a 100% remote position supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project.
• This role supports the Department of Veterans Affairs Data Migration & Syndication initiative within the Electronic Health Record Modernization Integration Office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain database-driven applications and data integration processes using SQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, SOAP/REST APIs, and InterSystems IRIS.
• Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and testing while supporting deployment and monitoring in IIS.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted development capabilities and LLM integrations to support code generation and automated testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or eight years of additional experience, with five years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL database development.
• U.S. Citizenship is required; ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance.
