As a Home or Office Medical Chat Support representative, you will be responsible for answering client inquiries through chat and providing accurate and timely information and resources. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in a convenient and efficient manner, whether they are at home or in the office.

- Respond to client inquiries and provide medical support and information through chat
- Identify and assess client needs and direct them to appropriate resources

- Monitor and track client satisfaction and provide feedback to improve the service
