Seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Records Clerk to join our team either remotely or in our office, managing medical records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing medical records, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and have a desire to make a positive impact in our patients' lives.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families, playing a vital role in ensuring clients receive the best possible care and support, both in-person and remotely. Main responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks related to patient care. Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, schedule appointments and coordinate with caregivers, and maintain accurate records.
You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our home care agency by accurately and efficiently entering patient data into our electronic medical records system, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as within a team.
As a Home or Office Medical Chat Support representative, you will be responsible for answering client inquiries through chat and providing accurate and timely information and resources to clients at home or in office. Your role will be critical in ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in a convenient and efficient manner. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
As a Medical Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing patient information into our electronic health records system. This role requires a strong ability to pay attention to detail, excellent data entry skills, and a deep understanding of medical coding and terminology.
