Process requests for medical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and company policies. Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary medical records for patient care. Prepare and organize records for insurance audits and company audits. Create and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records. Monitor inventory of medical record supplies and place orders as needed.
