Job Description
You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our home care agency. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently enter patient data into our electronic medical records system, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as within a team. You will enter patient data into our electronic medical records system with a high level of accuracy, verify and update existing patient information, and maintain patient confidentiality. In addition you will also keep track of all data and record errors, and report them to the appropriate team member for resolution, follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data entry guidelines and standards, and assist with other clerical tasks and support office operations as needed.
