Job Description
AccuTrade is looking for someone who loves working with people, building relationships, and is driven by creating success for Enterprise dealer partners. You must effectively work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to engage large groups towards a common goal and lead a used vehicle department and/or service large enterprise dealer accounts through post-sale support.
Responsibilities include driving adoption of the AccuTrade appraisal platform, owning dealer retention, sharing best practices, providing platform performance overviews to decision-makers, and serving as a subject matter expert. You will also act as the 'voice of the Dealer' and work with the product team to prioritize dealer needs, improve post-sale performance, and optimize sales and operational efficiency. Assistance in-person with critical accounts will be needed. 25-50% travel is required.
