Accounts Payable Associate

Role Responsibilities:

• Input invoices into our AP module, ensure bills are paid on time, and communicate with department leads.
• Enforce expenditure approval process, reconcile credit card transactions, and process employee expenses.
• Support accruals, prepare journal entries, and help with month-end and quarter-end working papers.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of AP experience or equivalent in audit/corporate accounting.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet recurring deadlines in a high-volume, detail-heavy role.

Compensation:

• $60,000 - $75,000 per year for remote US.
• $80,000 - $92,000 per year for San Francisco hybrid.
• Additional benefits and performance incentives may apply based on location and experience.
