Systems Architect

The Systems Architect will:

• Provide architecture plans for multiple cloud-based applications supporting stakeholders across various teams.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand application usage, future growth, and strategic goals.
• Recommend specific hardware, software, and methodologies that align with industry best practices.

The Systems Architect will also:

• Analyze performance and ensure applications hosted in AWS meet scalability and reliability needs.
• Perform root cause analysis for complex failures and offer modern solutions and tools.
• Establish metrics to monitor system performance, proactively identify issues and recommend solutions.

The Systems Architect should be able to:

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Create detailed documentation of systems architecture designs and implementation plans.
• Effectively communicate with engineering and infrastructure teams, describing problems succinctly.
