About the role:
- Provide a consistent, positive claims experience for clients through investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of complex property claims.
- Utilize innovative technologies like drones for property inspections and virtual claim handling software.
- Full-time field work within McHenry and Lake Counties and Chicagoland area.
How does this role make an impact?:
- Investigate claims by determining applicable policy coverage and settle assigned claims.
- Initiate contact with insureds and claimants to gather information and explain the claims process.
- Complete physical and/or virtual inspections of damaged property and prepare written estimates.
