Your Role:
- Serve as the bridge between claims handling realities and product/engineering teams.
- Translate deep commercial property expertise into requirements, workflows, and decision frameworks.
- Turn operational insight into measurable product improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Deep hands-on commercial property claims experience as a field or desk adjuster, examiner, or leader.
- Strong knowledge of the full claim lifecycle from FNOL to closure.
- Sound judgment in navigating complex coverage and financial considerations.
