Qualifications:

• Deep, hands-on Workers' Compensation claims experience as an adjuster, examiner, supervisor, or claims leader.
• Strong knowledge of the full claim lifecycle: FNOL, investigation, medical management, indemnity, reserving, return to work, settlement, and closure.
• Familiarity with jurisdictional complexity and curiosity about how AI and automation can improve claims workflows while preserving human judgment.
