Claims Oversight and Loss Performance:
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the TPA, managing claim handling expectations and escalation protocols.
- Monitor loss runs, claim trends, and large loss claims to drive corrective action.
- Track SLA compliance and claims quality metrics, holding the TPA accountable.
Risk Management and WC Program Administration:
- Develop risk mitigation initiatives such as safety programs and return-to-work protocols tailored to entertainment workflows.
- Drive end-to-end underwriting operations including onboarding, classification, and policy endorsement.
- Track and report on Workers Compensation KPIs and SLAs across the program.
Team Leadership and AI Integration:
- Manage, mentor, and develop Workers Compensation Operations and Claims Specialists.
- Leverage AI tools for daily operations, research, and workflow automation.
- Build a centralized WC knowledge base and deploy self-serve agents to reduce friction.
