Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, prepare, and manage solicitation documents to support competitive procurement.
- Negotiate pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, and contract terms with suppliers.
- Conduct comprehensive price analysis, market research, and fair‑and‑reasonable determinations.
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship.
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience, or high school diploma + 6 years.
- Prior experience with government property management.
