Senior Security Engineer II - DSPM

Primary Duties:

• Work cross-functionally to design, build, and operate solutions that continuously improve and automate security capabilities.
• Leverage data to understand trends and metrics for improving security posture, then execute on those opportunities.
• Lead and enhance incident response efforts, including analysis, containment, and mitigation.

Qualifications:

• BS/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field; 8 years without degree.
• 4+ years acting as a trusted advisor in a team setting, solving for short-term and long-term business value.
• 4+ years coaching other engineers or analysts.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Data Security Posture Management platforms (e.g., Wiz DSPM, BigID, Cyera).
• Experience integrating security controls into data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Prior experience in healthcare or health-tech systems.
