Job Description
The TuoTempo Marketing Manager owns the overall go-to-market strategy and delivery/execution of plans to accelerate the growth of the Spanish and Italian markets within the enterprise B2B segment. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and will focus on forecasting growth, managing the marketing budget to hit revenue targets, and owning planning and execution of the associated sales enablement and marketing campaigns to deliver on new and existing business, across Spanish and Italian markets we are currently focusing on.
This role will also focus on delivering marketing plans by working with our internal Strategic Services teams such as Marketing Operations, Brand, Content and Digital Operations to drive projects to completion. This role is remote first either based in Spain or Italy and occasional travel is expected.
Key responsibilities include developing and leading the marketing strategy for the Spanish and Italian markets, defining initiatives across channels, shaping content direction, championing a data-driven approach, setting performance KPIs, managing budget planning, and partnering with sales and customer success.
