About the Role:
- Advise customers and project teams on communication strategies.
- Plan and coordinate external project communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create newsletters, release notes, and Confluence content.
- Manage the ESM mailbox and support communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT communications and stakeholder management.
- Strong independent working style and attention to detail.
- German proficiency required; English nice to have.
