About the Role:
- This is a hybrid project manager and service delivery manager role.
- You will lead the transition of a new enterprise client into NSC Global's managed service.
Responsibilities:
- Build and own the integrated transition plan across all six sites.
- Work with internal tooling teams on ServiceNow and ticket integration.
- Own service performance against SLAs and KPIs after go live.
Qualifications:
- Fluent German (C1 or above) and fluent English.
- 5+ years in IT project or programme management with service transition experience.
- Strong control of plans, RAID logs, budgets and milestone billing.
