HR Data Governance Project Support

Role overview:

• Support a complex group-wide HR Data Governance project as a trusted delivery partner.
• Take responsibility for coordinating work in your assigned area and turning governance concepts into workable processes.
• Bring together Data Owners, Data Stewards, HR teams, IT and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate a data quality framework into practical requirements, rules and responsibilities.
• Coordinate the definition and implementation of data quality rules with business units and system owners.
• Manage complex sub-projects, plan work, and contribute to budgeting and status updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience with data quality or data governance and the ability to put concepts into practice.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR master data or HR systems such as SuccessFactors or SAP HCM is desirable.
