The Requirements Engineer analyzes, refines, and manages business and technical requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
You act as the primary link between requestors, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, implemented, and tested.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze incoming requirements and collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage them.
Break down requirements into user stories for sprint planning and coordinate testing with business stakeholders.
Maintain requirements in the Kanban board and use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for documentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis, plus hands-on ITSM SMAX and Operations Orchestration.
Strong ITIL process knowledge, analytical skills, and professional German language proficiency.

Additional Information:

The base salary will not be lower than 2300€ gross per month, with a variable part and other financial benefits.
Remote work is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
