Job Description
We are seeking a financial leader who wants a steady stream of clients and the entrepreneurial freedom to build something meaningful. The CFO will serve as Fractional CFO for 20–30 small law firm clients, meeting with clients twice per month, analyzing financials, identifying risks/opportunities, and creating actionable plans. The CFO will also partner with bookkeepers for accuracy and improve systems, processes, and financial visibility. This role requires 10+ years as CFO, Controller, or senior financial leader.
