Job Description
As an IT Support Specialist, you will:
- Serve as a primary escalation point for complex support issues that Tier 1 support cannot resolve.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, application, and network-related issues.
- Document solutions and create internal knowledge base articles to support team learning and self-service.
Your responsibilities also include:
- Deploying applications, scripts, and policies through SCCM and Workspace One.
- Collaborating with engineering, production support, and QA teams to resolve technical problems.
- Mentoring and coaching junior support team members and providing training as needed.
