What You'll Do:
- Establish product visions, roadmaps, release plans, backlogs, and success measures.
- Lead small, cross-functional technical teams within Sales Engineering.
- Translate customer needs into clear epics, user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in technical product management, product ownership, or solution architecture.
- Technical fluency to lead architecture, integration, security, and implementation discussions.
- Experience with federal software deployment and security requirements, including RMF, ATO, and FedRAMP.
What Success Looks Like:
- Established ownership of assigned products with clear strategies, roadmaps, and measurable objectives.
- Built strong working relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, and federal customers.
- Contributed to business growth through demonstrations, solution development, and technical sales support.
