Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Project Manager to support recruitment operations and assist the TA leadership team with projects and initiatives. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to implement project plans, manage timelines, and drive process improvements that enhance global recruitment efforts. This is a part-time, as-needed opportunity, working approximately 15-20 hours per week for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Collaborate with TA Leadership on recruitment operations, projects, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate with TA, HR, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage deliverables, and communicate progress. Support change management, training, and adoption efforts related to new TA processes or operational changes. Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives from an operational perspective. Partner with TA Leads to proactively identify operational issues and drive resolutions.
