Job Description

Join the Payer Health Plan Customer Support team as a Sr Systems Analyst, proactively assisting enterprise customers with Veradigm Comprehensive Submissions Encounter Management Platform, including post-sales installation, configuration, upgrade, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational management. The role involves taking a proactive leadership stance, collaborating with the engineering team and customers to triage and resolve complex technical and application issues that impact product performance or hinder customer adoption. Responsibilities include supporting encounter data reporting processes for EDPS and the EDGE server, conducting gap analysis and data validation, analyzing claims and encounter data, and providing technical support to enterprise clients. The analyst will partner with Product Support Engineers and development teams, assist with performance analysis and testing, and collaborate in virtual teamwork with other Product Support staff to deliver a consistent, responsive customer experience. A deep understanding of CMS models and regulations is required.
