Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, outreach, and enroll individuals virtually and in-person at partner locations.
- Offer education about Pair Team's services and explain benefits of Enhanced Care Management.
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel and meet key enrollment metrics.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Physically located in United States with a quiet, HIPAA compliant space.
- 1+ year experience in a metric or quota-driven environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fantastic listener skilled at reading people and understanding nuances.
- Experience with high volume outreach and engagement campaigns.
- Reliable and comfortable in an ever-changing environment.
