Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative role will have a significant impact by developing strategic business plans for assigned territory that is consistent with Viatris sales plans, strategies, and objectives. The representative meets and exceeds key performance indicator expectations while demonstrating excellent communication skills. They achieve quarterly sales goals with aligned targets and develop pre-call strategy for aligned targets.
The role demonstrates success in influencing and negotiation skills and learns and applies in-depth product knowledge, including information about relevant disease states, and effectively communicates this information to customer to support informed decision making. Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with customers, coworkers, and colleagues across different teams and leadership levels within the organization.
The role effectively utilizes software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom and CRM software to complete daily tasks. The representative proactively pursues continuous learning and professional development on sales impact, communication, and product knowledge.
