Compliance Program Manager

As the CX Compliance Program Manager at Coinbase, you'll lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale, global projects ensuring that all transaction monitoring objectives are met on time and within scope. You will work across Technology, Operations, Compliance and Product teams to continually refine and improve transaction monitoring processes, ensuring they remain compliant with regulatory requirements whilst ensuring a best in class customer experience. The role involves leading strategic, multi-regional Programs to ensure compliance with global AML regulatory bodies. You will be responsible for launching key governance and controls to continuously improve and scale the way we operate, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. You will also lead the development of dashboards and KPIs to monitor the success of the compliance Program and track adherence to global regulatory requirements.
