- Identify and overcome delivery roadblocks in a complex environment, escalating risks quickly and effectively to ensure program success.
AI Integration and Leadership:
- Seamlessly integrate AI into program management workflows, utilizing tools to automate RAID logs and synthesize executive summaries.
- Govern the inherent unpredictability of AI development, adapting traditional program management to account for experimentation and rapid change.
