What You’ll Accomplish:
- Build and maintain PHM’s proprietary database of elite healthcare providers, ensuring depth, accuracy, and clinical relevance.
- Expand PHM’s provider network through thoughtful research, evaluation, and relationship development.
- Support the implementation of technology-enabled processes that streamline provider management, insurance verification, and patient access.
How You’ll Spend Your Days:
- Proactively researching and identifying high-quality providers across a range of medical specialties.
- Evaluating providers and programs in collaboration with clinical and research partners.
- Using and improving internal tools and workflows to enhance provider data quality and operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Availability to work Pacific or Mountain Time Zone business hours.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across clinical, research, and operations teams.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and continuously improve how work gets done.
