Job Description
This role includes pre-sales and client advisory duties where you will join sales calls to understand client needs and showcase Mazeed’s capabilities, deliver tailored product demos, and handle technical and functional questions. ERP implementation and functional analysis will be required to prepare solution design documents, configure ERP modules to match business workflows, and lead the system setup and onboarding phase. Cross-team collaboration with the product team and contributing to internal documentation are also expected.
