Job Description

Analyze License Utilization: Run and analyze license reports to identify new revenue opportunities; educate customers on entitlement measurement logic.

Customer Interaction: Work closely with the sales team and lead customer meetings to discuss licensing utilization; negotiate usage true-ups.

Process Improvement: Identify manual processes for improvement and automation; assist in developing and executing test plans on new functionality.

Documentation and Training: Maintain ongoing documentation for internal teams and customers; train other users on best practices.

Project Support: Deliver individual and group projects to improve current processes and develop new usage guidelines.
