Develop a deep understanding of the needs of both internal and external users and advocate for the user experience across all stakeholders to ensure solutions align with their needs. Analyze data to uncover actionable insights and identify high-priority business challenges.

The role involves continuous evaluation and improvement of procurement practices, managing an RFP process, and communicating within all levels of the organization.
