Senior Product Designer - Design System

About This Role:

• We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (Design System) who thinks at a system level and understands how to create a scalable UI ecosystem.
• You will take full ownership of component libraries, interaction models, and cross-platform design consistency.
• You will act as the bridge between design and engineering, ensuring visual assets translate into clean, reusable code.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an exceptionally high standard for layout, typography, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy across all reusable elements.
• Design, build, and maintain robust component libraries that scale seamlessly across products.
• Define interactive behaviors and state transitions, and structure design tokens for consistency.

Experience & Background:

• Proven track record building, scaling, and maintaining production-ready design systems.
• Deep understanding of cross-platform constraints for Web, iOS, and Android.
• Strong familiarity with how developers inspect and consume components in code repositories.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expert Figma proficiency with advanced knowledge of libraries, auto-layout, components, and variants.
• Solid grasp of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for translating complex design choices into clear guidelines.
