Nephrologist

About the Role:

• TeleMed2U is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Nephrologist for a part-time, fully remote telehealth practice.
• This role offers excellent work–life balance while delivering high-quality nephrology care.

What You Will Do:

• Provide virtual nephrology consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans via telehealth.
• Evaluate and manage chronic kidney disease, conduct follow-up visits, and document in the EMR.
• Collaborate with specialists and care team members for coordinated, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school with completed fellowship training in Nephrology.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology with active, unrestricted medical licenses.
• Comfortable providing telehealth care with strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
