Job Description

As a Senior Customer Support Specialist at Spring Health, you will play a crucial role in providing first-line support to customers and helping them navigate their needs with efficiency and empathy. This involves addressing technical, product, account, and billing inquiries, as well as creating efficiencies to help scale the Customer Support Model. You will resolve inquiries and escalations related to all aspects of Spring Health's customer lifecycle, including functionality, member experience, implementation, billing, account changes, technical support, and feedback. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing efficiencies within the support model, building and maintaining a comprehensive customer knowledge base, working closely with other departments to resolve complex issues, monitoring and ensuring quick responses to customer inquiries, documenting standard operating procedures, training future support specialists, and collecting customer feedback. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management, preferably in a technology or health-related industry. Strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mentality are essential for success in this role.
