The Payroll Manager is an integral part of our team and will assist with our mission of accelerating the human condition! They will manage the complete payroll cycle, including collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data, calculating gross pay, deductions, and net pay. The manager will also ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local tax regulations related to payroll, including calculating and withholding income tax and FICA. Furthermore, they will manage payroll deductions for employee benefits, reconcile benefit deductions, and generate payroll reports. The position ensures system configuration is accurate and up-to-date, troubleshoots system issues, and maintains data integrity within the payroll system.
