IT Manager Remote Ops

As the agency’s sole IT leader, you’ll serve as the strategic and hands-on owner of all technology operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll independently manage our IT environment, driving reliability, security, and operational excellence for full-time and freelance staff. You’ll support diverse creative teams across industries—automotive, luxury, travel—and across platforms ranging from operating systems and web ecosystems to voice and AI experiences. Act as the primary IT point of contact for all staff, ensuring prompt, solutions-driven support and an exceptional service experience. Manage the relationship with our outsourced IT partner, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability to maintain a secure, well-supported environment. Oversee onboarding and offboarding for employees and freelancers, including system access and equipment management, in collaboration with external IT support. Continuously assess technology needs, proactively recommend improvements, and introduce tools or systems to enhance productivity and resilience.
