Head of Product & Growth

We are looking for an ambitious, experienced, and results-oriented Head of Product & Growth at one of Ruby Labs fastest-growing portfolio companies in the astrology category. In this role, you will be in charge of product development, growth, strategy, feature prioritization, performance marketing, and driving enhancements to contribute to the overall profitability of the business. You will define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance higher revenue & profitability and better user experience. Develop and oversee an experimentation roadmap to improve conversion rates across all user acquisition funnels. You will also execute A/B testing and track performance to optimize conversion rates and overall user experience. Optimize campaign performance, acquisition costs (CPA), and conversion volume to drive scalable growth.
